Stephen is skilled in meeting this objective through a range of creative approaches and extensive experience in color, black & white, pinup, boudoir, environmental portrait, and fine art photography. Creative
There is nothing better than creating something with the most powerful tool in art, light. Light combined with traditional and non-traditional photographic rules enables me to utilize the perfect approach to capture the essence of the subject. I have a real passion for black & white, fine art, portrait, event, and landscape photography which keeps me challenged everyday.
Engaging
It is not much fun if your photographer is grumpy, quite, and uninspiring. My goal is to make every shoot dynamic, fun, and creative. Establishing an environment that gets you excited and at your best ensures a successful shoot. I am your biggest fan! My commitment is to ensure that each shoot captures the emotion, tone, theme or essence that makes the image memorable and timeless.
Passionate
I simply love photography. I strive every time the camera is in my hand to capture the perfect image. One day I will realize that goal, but for now this desire ensures that the images I take are the best they can be for every client I am fortunate to have the opportunity engage in this amazing art form.
Fun
It is all about fun. Life is to short not to capture the beautiful smile, laugh, pose, that everyone has inside of them. Our shoots are focused on having fun and whin this happens, it is guaranteed great images will emerge.

Stephen Beckman is a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography and completed a number of certificate programs in nature and landscape, and Portrait photography. Also member of PPA and PSA.
